Tags

As a development team, every single task that is worked on will be tagged with one of the following tags. This will allow us to track what different kinds of development work is being done.

• #DEV_NewDevelopment - Any coding/architecture work that is the first time it has been written by ThoughtLab is considered New Development and will be tagged as such.
• #DEV_Bugs - Work that is for fixing a bug found by QA, Account Management, the client, etc.
• #DEV_InternalRevisions - Any development work that needs to be re-done because of internal reasons. Design changes, Mike, lack of up front needed information, Mike, etc
• #DEV_ClientRevisions - Any development work that needs to be re-done because of a request from the client, or the client changed their mind on how some functionality should or should not work, etc.
• #DEV_NonCoding - Any work that isn't development. Estimates, meetings, movie night, birthdays, etc.
